The one night staff lady she was so rude towards a guest that was elderly and did not understand how to use a credit card. She was so inpatient with that gentleman and reference to that situation I will never stay at this Marriott again, the rest of the staff excellent.

First time visitor
My sister and I was in town for Twin Fest and the hotel was great. It was only a few minutes away from the festival, but the shower and bed was great. The only issue was the tv channel selections. It was scarce, but it wasn't too big of a deal because we were barely in the room. A huge plus was we got to see some NFL players because the Houston Texans was staying at the same hotel we were there 😊

The hotel staff were excellent! They were attentive, offered great recommendations for dining and entertainment, and were friendly! The rooms were very clean, had attractive decor, and the dining and lounge area was a great place to hang out. I will return the next time I’m in the area. 10/10 recommend.
