New Year’s Trip
Lisa was very friendly and responsive. There was a very sweet cat on the property however there was no hot water for longer than 7 minutes in the shower. No firewood for the fire pit or coals for the grill which was fine we just didn’t know before hand. One of the burners in the hotplate doesn’t work as well so it took a bit longer to cook.

Booked a week, was so bad we only stayed one night
Where do i start? Just trying to drive up to the place in an SUV almost ruined my undercarriage, I felt like I was on a muddy trail in the woods. Upon arrival, I did not realize the cliff they spoke of was something you needed to walk up with all your stuff. Bring good shoes, the walk is uneven and rocky. The pool is not private and you need to share it with the other guests, the hot tub/spa is not hot. Oh and the owners house looks right over it and into your bathroom. So I don’t know about the privacy they speak of? The doors don’t close all the way, bugs are free to come and go, no TV, no freezer. Don’t waste your money like we did, the owner offered to give us some money back but we never heard from her again. On a plus side the wifi was good.

Catskills oasis
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Teahouse. The land is beautiful and so quiet. What an exquisite place to recharge and commune with nature with modern comforts. Communication with Lisa was easeful and straightforward. We cannot wait to return.
