Very considerate towards the families of Marines during graduation week; offered breakfast at an earlier time than normal hours because they knew we wanted to get to Parris Island as soon as the base was opened. Everything was spotless!

The staff was very nice however the TV remotes (we ended up with 2) didn't work. There was no daily room clean up or fresh towels given. We had to go the front desk and ask for the towels. The room telephone didn't work and we were unable to call the front desk directly.

The rooms was very SMALL. We had a room with a king size bed. But only had 3 foot clearance on all 3 sides. Bathroom was very large.

Great place to stay!
The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast had a good variety and the lobby was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious ans the room darkening blinds worked great!

The staff was nice, but the new construction is not up to par with the price point. The new construction has a lot to be touched up or finished. Valance was not on electric shades and cords hanging out. That didn’t bother me because it is new and has to be finished. The walls ar super thin and the neighbors alarm woke me ip at 4:0am!
