Arrived later than planned. Door to first room didnt lock. I paid through Expedia and front desk oerson charged me again and it was $14 cheaper at hotel.

I was in 3 rooms, 1st did not have a working deadbolt, number had a faucet that wouldn’t turn off and the toilet seal meshed all over the tile floor. Room 3 smelled like someone smoked in it and then covered ii up. I checked out after 1st night but my family stayed there on Monday and someone set off the smoke detectors and the fire department showed up. We all booked rooms at the Comfort Inn- super staff, clean safe rooms and even had homemade cupcakes. Not a great area I would not recommend

This place is a dump!
This place is a dump! The toilet had a poor caulk job around the base and kept leaking water so we had to have towels on the floor all night. The sink faucet dripped constantly. The pool was okay but the hot tub was lukewarm and the jets hardly worked. I travel a lot, and this is in my top 3 worst hotels that I have stayed at.

We were initially given an occupied room by mistake. The pool and hot tub were in poor condition, the shower had poor water pressure, there was no tv guide. Even though we had a few setbacks, the staff was friendly, the lobby was nice, and the beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The service was excellent!! We discovered our microwave was not working and within 10 minutes of us finding this out, they had sent someone in to test it, then replace it! Even though the service was great, there were a few.issues, but nothing that would stop us from staying again. There was no sugar available at their coffee bar, the pool was cloudy, and the hot tub temp was.lower than it should have been. Even though there was quite a bit of maintenance that appeared to be needed, you could tell they were working on it. One piece of advice is to make sure to bring your own toiletries.... because there weren't any in the room.

When we first got in the room the toilet was clogged up i called and them and she told me someone will be up. Hour gose by no one shows up i call again and say i will come and get it do it myself she says No someone will be up there next morning come around and i have to go to Walmart and by a plunger and do it myself. They ask did we have any pets i said No she gave me a room by a person with a dog who cried and Barked all night and kept us up all night and we had to go to work next morning. Not a good stay at all.

Parking lot wasn’t big enough. It is a very old hotel that they have tried to keep nice. A bit outdated but clean and inexpensive. It was also very close to the convention center!

Worst experience by far ripping off healthcare
Lice comb in bathtub bath tub filthy, blood on sheet AC not able to go above 75 TV didn't work when I went to talk to front desk was told that I would have to wait til morning then in am was told they wouldn't refund my money because I waited. My company paid for a room but they said I didn't have reservation so I paid myself then come to find out this was paid by both me and the company so they got double paid for the worst experience by far. Wonderful nothing could have been better it was great from check in to check out and then I forgot my phone and they put it up for me and I had to go back and get it but they did put it up for me and I got it back thankful
