Not an ideal stay. Checked in the first room and the door wouldn’t lock, was moved to a different room and the door wouldn’t unlock, finally the third room had a working functioning lock. The rooms are dated and dingy and didn’t really feel clean. Nor did I ever really feel safe in the room as a solo female. The staff was amazing and so friendly though.

Great place to stay - perfect location for hiking and touring The New River Gorge National Park. (Which is totally amazing!). Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast bar was a bit below the usual - packaged foods only so no eggs or sausage, oatmeal. They did have a waffle machine, yogurt in cups and muffins. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean but small for two people - no vanity space. We had a nice stay there and would return again when in area.

This was not a great hotel. Staff wasn't that friendly and when we asked for an additional pillow, there were only 3 and both my husband and I like 2 each, were told there were none available. Breakfast was terrible. Wouldn't stay here again.

Not impressed. Was clean and somewhat comfortable. Room was small so hard to regulate temperature. Breakfast offered was a waffle maker and juice machine. You get what you pay for I guess.
