The carpet in our room was wet, shower had what looked like plaster work done but not finished, slippery. No water in the vending machines. The staff was nice enough, but i was told the $100 deposit on my chase card would be refunded back, as of tonight it has not. I paid the bill with my American express. I feel 6 days is ample time for the charge to be removed. Probably wont book again. My first time with a quality Inn, and probably the last.
