Stayed overnight was in a room with no view room was large but a few issues, bins weren’t emptied from previous quests, only one towel in bathroom (although did discover another in the wardrobe when we were leaving).
A bit disappointing.
The location is great and breakfast was fine.
Amazing stay as always. 3rd time staying. Slept like a baby the bed was so comfortable and cosy. Never moved once we fell asleep. Food was excellent and breakfast choice wide. Staff so helpful nothing was to muvh bother. Very informed.

We had a room with a window that we couldn't open and also frosted over so could not see out, not mentioned when booking the room and not expected from 4 star hotel. Air con was terrible and didnt work properly. Lovely big room with lots of cupboard space but room a bit musty. Very central hotel and easy to get around.
Only reason for the 4 rating is the noise one night. They had an event and it was loud and vibrating the room! Other then that I would recommend this hotel. Really nice people and the room was amazing!
Our room had an amazing view of Belfast City Hall. Also high ceilings (not sure if that is common to all rooms). The bar down stairs was very nice, but I was disappointed that the rooftop bar was not open on weeknights. We will need to return on a weekend to enjoy that.
The room was very spacious, but the windows were covered up, so you couldn’t see outside and you couldn’t open the windows either. The dining room food was satisfactory.
My son's wedding and everything was just perfect. From reception to dinner and the evening doo it was just fantastic. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was top notch as expected.
Central location. Hotel is boutique “funky”. Room was clean and functional. Bar/Dining staff weren’t overly friendly. I would probably choose another hotel on a return trip
