Very good

This is a great hotel, it’s about a 30 minute walk from the Cathedral quarter which is a popular place to visit when in Belfast. The room was big and spotlessly clean with comfy beds. The reason for giving 4* is because our room (room 101) was so warm (we stayed mid October) even though high winds (we were experiencing the tail end of a storm with winds up to 70kp/h) and rain we had to have our windows wide open. It’s above the kitchens I think which is what made it so warm. There weren’t any unpleasant cooking smells despite having the windows open! I would recommend staying here the breakfast is great and if there’s so much choice, if there’s something you want but can’t see it just let them know, they’ll sort it straight away, if not the next day! The staff are all wonderful.
This was a lovely property with a very nice breakfast, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Pretty Average
The elevator was not working the entire time breakfast was poor and i would not recommend. Location was a little out of the city. I would not call this Hotel a boutique hotel by any stretch.

The property is well decorated. However, the room had the sign of age. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking spot at the rear.

Very good room and included breakfast.
Only problem occurred one evening in the bar. Our party of four ordered meals. Three meals arrived. I watched the other three finish their meals. We continued to wait for my meal to arrive. A waiter turned up saying there had been a mix up and my meal would arrive ‘in 2 minutes’. After more than ten minutes we gave up waiting and went to leave. I went to the bar and said I was only paying for the meals that turned up. A manager told me I should return to the table and my missing meal would be arriving ‘in 2 minutes’. I said we had waited long enough and were leaving, and I would only pay for the supplied meals. Again this manager told me to return to the table and wait for the missing dinner. I felt very bullied at his insisting! I had to speak to him firmly that I was ready to pay for the meals supplied. He eventually agreed and let me pay the bill. I was so upset by the incident I did not return to the bar for the rest of my visit.
I found every other staff member I interacted with to be very friendly, helpful and efficiently doing their jobs.
Great place to stay for a couple of days in Belfast. Easy enough walk to the city centre. Rooms are large and comfortable, although a little warm. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Car park is large and easily accessed.
Bar food is questionable- disappointed in the so called vegetable tempura- avoid it.
Lovely hotel, friendly professional, helpful staff.
Great breakfast, continually refreshed.
We stayed across road in a huge room which had a large bathroom and felt very private and quiet.
Hotel on hop-on/off bus route. Walkable to botanic gardens and city centre if you take it as a pub crawl.
We had a great time.
Really lovely hotel, I believe we were upgrade to a large suite across the road from the main hotel which was a lovely surprise - large rooom, l shape sofa
Great location
My room was really dark and wallpaper was very dirty in places, it was also peeling from the walls in many areas..in the shower tray there was some black mould, i was shocked for a boutique hotel,at breakfast my daughter asked for some ketchup...they had none !!
The property is very clean and staff very pleasant. I had to continuously ask for additional towels. Not enough were left in the washroom. Also noticed that they never replenished items in bathroom like soap, shower cap and used items in the bathroom. The cleaning service should replenish items once items are consumed from bathroom.
The room that we had was far too hot even after they gave us a fan so we couldn't get to sleep. The breakfast was very poor so all in all we weren't impressed.
