Very clean, quiet, and picturesque, in a handy walkable location for dining and shopping. We had a great breakfast in their restaurant. The staff (reception, cleaning, wait, chef) were all cheerful and accommodating. We'll come back.
Very nice, helpful people. Clean rooms. Small but well appointed.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
I stayed for a couple of nights for a weekend getaway with my husband. Here are our impressions:
Pros:
- Good sized room
- Comfortable beds
- Clean linens and towels
- Walk-out balcony
- Nice, large TV
- Plenty of outlets to plug and charge devices
- Friendly staff
- Self check-in/check-out
- Convenient Parking
- Walking distance to Picton Main Street
Cons:
- No cleaning service during our 2-night stay (at $183 tax per night, this was rather surprising)
- No closet for hanging clothes. There was a wall rack with hangers, extremely close to the front door; we basically bumped into our coats every time we opened the door.
- We only got complimentary coffee for the first morning, there was no coffee the second morning.
- Thin walls! We could hear noisy neignhours stomping around and making noise above us for a few hours during our first day.
- Not enough/storage shelving in the bathroom - We had a hard time juggling with our toiletries on the very narrow glass shelf above the sink.
- There is no light in the desk area - the closest lights were the ones between the beds, on the other side of the room.

Getting to one’s room via the outside metal stairs was somewhat daunting.
Great water view and enjoyed parking right by our room. We also enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant onsite.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately there was a sewer back up into my room and the bath tub filled with sewer water and the toilet wouldn't flush. Couldn't shower or use the bathroom - had to leave the room very early. Looking for a refund but have not heard anything
Not the fault o f the Inn but I can't give a 4 star rating because of this.
Everything was clean. The bed, pillows and sheets were comfy! Coffee maker, fridge & microwave were convenient additions. Overall quiet, heard some traffic but quiet enough for sleeping. I imagine the rooms facing the street would be noisy so I was grateful to have a room at the back. Beautiful view over the harbour!
Suggestion: A mirror and better lighting above the desk area would be a great addition for putting on make-up and doing hair while someone else is in the bathroom. The room was quite dark and, as we had a main floor room, we couldn't leave the curtains open while getting ready. The long mirror on the wall is great but there is nowhere to set make-up or heat tools while doing hair. I moved the foot stool over for this but had to be careful not to burn or melt the faux leather.
Was very nice inside and beautiful views of the bay. The traffic outside kept us up however and the walls seemed to be thin because we could hear our neighbours very easily. The noise outside kept waking us up.
As long as you can walk up the hill to the main street, convenient to many restaurants and shops. Nice glimpse of water. Basic features but a microwave if needed. Toilet made an odd chirping sound sometimes!
Overnight stay between Montreal & Toronto. Only down side was noisy neighbour.

Over-looking the harbour was very nice. Parking was not fun. Very small car entrance area. Couldn’t find the reception area until we met another customer and figured out the location. A sign would definitely be helpful. The signs that were visible prompted customers to conserve water towels etc. I wouldn’t recommend a second stay
Some fixtures need to be updated, but the building's location, with its view from the end of Picton harbour, is perfect and makes us want to return. Staff are courteous and attentive to guest's needs.
