The room was very nice. Very spacious living/bedroom area. Lots of storage for clothes. The kitchen was nice and a full size fridge was a bonus. It was clean. However, after being gone all day and returning to our room in the evening, the beds were not made and the towels were not replaced with fresh clean ones. That was the disappointment. If the hotel has a policy that states they do not refresh the room, they should have mentioned it to us when we checked in. When we called the front desk we felt humiliated that we were disappointed. We didn’t receive a proper explanation - they said they were busy that day. So they sent someone up to make the beds and replace the used towels. We told them not to bother making the bed but we appreciated the fresh towels. We still don’t know what your policy on making beds and replacing towels is.
