Arrived about 20 minutes early and were told that check in wasn’t until 3. So waited outside with other people and then everyone went in at the same time so it created a backlog. Breakfast was good, nice fresh baked pastries. Small area to eat though. Room clean but a little run down. Right beside a & w. Tv didn’t have TSN

We loved the room temperature that we could control! Bedding was very silky, towels were soft and room size was good. Breakfast choices were the same each day and not very tasty. No recycling bins in the room or in the breakfast room. Room was clean but hallway rugs were stained. Ice machine was out of order,

Not the nicest property. Seems very dated/ run down/ not maintained. Breakfast only runs until 9 am which seems a little early. Our curtains were stained, with what looks like blood and the room was always humid, even with the air on: The only amenities worth mention is the breakfast and the pool. I supposed if you are a minor sports team or a long term worker stay that is great to have. Not many options in Athabasca for accommodations

Dissapointing stay
The room was clean and comfortable, however the people above me had no regard for others and kept me up most the night, staff atte.pted to assit which was nice but didnt change. The door between the two rooms was loose and moving back and forth all night which gave me a sense of insecurity. The ice machine was not working. I asled for a place to fill my water bottle and was told quote rudely by a staff.memeber that there is no water and i needed to purchase it from the vending machine. When i asled if they could fill it from the tap i was told no.

I stayed there on two separate occasions. The first time the toilet ran all night, and I let them know the following day. Zero compensation or discount offered. The second time I arrived, the level of communication was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
