The hotel uses synthetic fabric and materials for linen bedding. Everything polyester toppers, dooner, sheets, makes for very uncomfortable stay and sleeping. Unpleasant - thats why quality hotels have quality linen. Not recommended. Staff pleasant enough though.

The room was small and not cleaned properly. It had a smell a bit like fumes that I couldn’t figure out, we slept with the door open. The bathroom sink was cracked through, nearly in half. The location is beautiful and the pool area gorgeous. I wouldn’t stay again though due to the room and attitude of staff.

Honeymoon started off terrible. Have us wrong room than we booked then tried to say Expedia upsells the rooms. I showed them the booking and still disagreed. Then they said they would free upgrade us because of our honeymoon, to the room we actually booked. Place is run down. Cafe/bar not open any day or night. No mini bar in rooms, not even milk or coffee. Shocking layout to even find your room.

The room was pretty dirty, had coffee all over the floor and blacks hairs all throughout the bath. Lots of broken gates to pool/spa and some ammenities. Would stay again purely for convenience of the location not the resort itself.

Clean and spacious one-bedroom apartment unit in a well-maintained property; adequate laundry and kitchen facilities; accommodating and friendly reception and housekeeping staff; attended a Wyndham Club in this property and decided to take up membership-ownership because of the fantastic and wholesome customer service; they spoilt us with so many compliments and gifts. Needs updating !

Very dated accommodation. Room and resort needs a lot of maintenance and renovations. Fire place glass missing, fan in bathrooms not working, sliding door unable to open, furniture very marked, couches dirty and very uncomfortable.

Unsafe, Uncomfortable, and poor management

We had a very disappointing and frankly concerning stay at this hotel. First off, the room was advertised to sleep four people, but that was extremely misleading. While the main bed was comfortable, the fold-out sofa was terrible—hard as a rock, loud with every movement, and clearly not designed for actual sleeping. You could feel every bar and spring underneath. On top of that, there weren’t enough blankets provided. Definitely not suitable for a proper night’s rest. Far more alarming, though, was a serious incident involving one of our family members. While using the lift from level two, it suddenly dropped straight down to the basement and then locked her inside. She was stuck in there alone until someone on another floor called the lift, allowing her to exit. She injured her back in the fall, and understandably, we expected the hotel to take this seriously. Instead, the response from the management team was absolutely deplorable. There was no empathy, no apology, and no sense of urgency. They refused to provide an incident report, could not give us contact details for anyone higher up, and essentially brushed it off by saying they tested the lift and it "seemed fine." That was their entire response. To top it all off, we also found ants in the room—not what you expect from a hotel at this price point. All in all, between the unsafe conditions, uncomfortable accommodations, and shockingly poor handling of a serious saf
