I slept well but the building is old and some stuff in the room is in rough condition. Also there was no mirror in the bathroom for some reason. There was a fridge but no microwave.

Infelizmente foi terrível. Pagamos um valor bem considerável, porém a experiência foi péssima. Posso enumerar? 1) No ato do check-in esperamos até ás 15:40 para entrar no quarto (pois estava sendo supostamente ‘limpo’)… 2) Apenas um elevador (perceptível de antigo) para mais de 12 andares e uma circulação grande de hóspedes… 3) Desde o momento em que chegamos, à partida, tinha um vômito no corredor, já ressecado, LIMPEZA PÉSSIMA… 4) Ficamos um dia inteiro SEM água quente no chuveiro. Fui na recepção, reclamei, e não moveram um dedo em consideração… BANHO FRIO! 5) A localização é extremamente boa, porém esse hotel precisa de uma repaginada urgentemente!! Já foi hotel recomendado talvez em mil novecentos e bolinhas… Por fim, infelizmente não pudemos aproveitar da forma que foi-se planejado, mas é isso, vivendo e aprendendo!! Boa sorte Amazonas Palace Hotel.

Apesar de ter reservado com mais 30 dias antecipado, não havia quarto disponível. Isso porquê recebi um e-mail para fazer check-in on line. As desculpas das atendentes eram vagas como se fosse minha, a culpa. Conseguido o quarto recebi as toalhas de banho, pois elas não ficam no quarto disponibilizado. Não havia toalhas de rosto e nem de piso para saída do banho. Banho, só gelado. Fato que pude comprovar também com outros hospedes, alguns inclusive hospedados a mais tempo disseram que estavam cansados de reclamar. Os lençóis de forro do colchão eram 02 de solteiros. Somente 01 elevador funcionando e o outro conforme pude constatar com hóspedes, não funciona há tempos. Ar condicionado não funciona.

Muito bom , os recepcionistas muito bonzinho , as instalações são um pouco antigas, mas muito de boa. Roupa de cama limpa, toalha limpa, chuveiro extremamente quente o que me fascina, pecou no café da manhã, que podia ter mais opções. Ir no banheiro de uso geral, próximo ao elevador, que não é limpo.
