Best receptionists!
I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. Tive problema da troca de quarto, solicitei a troca durante a manhã, disseram que me responderia e não fizeram, somente após as 16:00 que novamente em contato com a recepção informar que o banheiro estava com problemas que a troca de quarto foi atendida. Coisa que poderiam ter feito antes sendo que o banheiro estava entupido desde cedo. Estacionamento, sobre o estacionamento o valor é muito alto, poderiam cobrar um taxa, independente das diarias, a pessoa fica 4 dias hospedado e paga 160 reais de estacionamento, mesmo com manobristas é meio absurdo! Em prol disso, o atendimento e a recepção de um senhor que trabalha no 5º Andar, na area do café da manhã é excepcional, Este Sr esta de parabens, sempre alegre e competente

Hotel muito bom!
O hotel oferece uma boa estadia. O atendimento foi atencioso na chegada. O serviço de garagem funcionou corretamente. Embora o espaço da recepção seja muito acanhado, o apartamento surpreende pelo bom gosto, estado de conservação e limpeza. Tem cofre e uma bancada espaçosa para trabalho. A ducha de banho é excelente, a cama atende bem e o ar funciona corretamente. Ressalva apenas para o cheiro de cigarro da roupa de cama, e por isso não surpreende. O café da manhã atende ao esperado.
