The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We did have a few issues with the bathroom and there is a charge to use the parking garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

EXPERIÊNCIA POSITIVA, MAS COM PONTOS A MELHORAR!!!

No geral, é uma boa opção de hospedagem, com excelente localização e funcionários bastante atenciosos. O café da manhã, porém, deixa um pouco a desejar: os pães, croissants e bolos não parecem ser frescos e as opções são limitadas. A cama e o colchão aparentam ser um pouco antigos, assim como as toalhas e o jogo de cama, embora tudo esteja limpo e em condições de uso. Ainda assim, pela ótima localização e pelo atendimento da equipe, eu certamente voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Falta isolamento acústico. De resto, bom.

Os funcionários são muito queridos, como todos os mineiros. E o quarto também era bem ok, mas a localização não é muito boa. Além disso, o pior da estadia foi que as janelas não possuem isolamento acústico - e tem muito barulho, realmente. Tem uma balada na frente e fizeram um baile no hotel que a música parecia estar no quarto, mesmo eu estando no 23 andar.
