Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

Mofo e agua gelada
O atendimento muito bom. Porem meu quarto tinha um banheiro muito mofado e o cheiro se extendia para o quarto. Na primeira noite foi bem dificul dormir. Também nao tinha agua quentd para o banho. O chuveiro saia pouca agua, parecia um cano. Cafe da manha bom. Roupa de cama limpa, mas toalhas com cheiro estranho. No final o hotel deu como compensaçao meia diaria pra nós. Todos os funcionarios muito solicitos.

Muito ruim, diferente das outras vezes que hospedei neste hotel! Não havia água aquecida para banho em todo o hotel, o elevador de melhor acessibilidade não estava funcionando e a TV só sintonizava alguns canais da TV Samsung. No check-in, fomos bem recebidos pelos funcionários João Victor e Valéria.
