Make your Sunriver memories in this charming reverse style 4 bedroom home, located on the peaceful north end of Sunriver! Whether its enjoying the soaking tub in the master or playing ping pong against a friend/family member, this home is the perfect spot for a fun getaway.

Level 1:
The first bedroom has a Queen bed with an additional Twin sized bed.

The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, a futon with a trundle, a hide a bed, and a television, making it a perfect place for younger guests.

The third bedroom is a primary with both a king bed and a twin bed, with a door that leads out to the hot tub area.

Level 2:
The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed and a jetted tub in the attached master bath along with a separate shower.

Living:
Upstairs you'll find a spacious living room and a fully stocked kitchen with an open floor plan. The living room includes a large flat-screen television suitable for all major sporting event viewing and a cozy gas fireplace.

Kitchen:
The fully stocked kitchen with a gas cooktop and updated granite countertops, will be the dream kitchen for whoever is the cook in your family.

Dining:
In the dining room, there is seating for 8 at the table and 3 at the bar. Plenty if you're hosting for family night.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: This home includes 10 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Pet Policy
This home allows 1 dog per stay after management approval. The pet fee is $20 per night. Extra dogs or unapproved pets are not allowed.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
