Das Personal ist super (Siddika hat uns zum Beispiel sehr freundlich geholfen den Transport zu organisieren) Das Hotel ist nicht das neuste aber insgesamt sehr gut (Zimmer sind sehr groß, Betten sind bequem, Frühstück gut)

Front desk staff was more catering to Indian nationals vs US or foreign visitors. We had to reactivate our key card at least 15 times in our 11 day stay. They would comment that we deactivated the key by keeping it too close to the phone - we explained that it was in the wallet. They looked at us as if we are lying. They even came up to check and still didn't believe us. Housekeeping staff was extremely nice.

The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. The restaurants appeared to be staffed well, but lacked attention to the diners. Had to literally wave down for service. There was other issues related with inexperience or lack of attention at the front desk.

Disappointing Experience at a 5-Star Property
I recently stayed at welcome hotels by ITC in bengluru,expecting a luxurious experience befitting its 5-star status. Unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations. Despite the premium price, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortable throughout my stay. This significantly detracted from the overall experience, leaving me disappointed and unable to fully enjoy the amenities. Considering the high cost and the lackluster experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this hotel to others seeking a truly exceptional stay.

Good hotel, probably nicer than we needed for the time we spent there. Only had breakfast one day due to leaving early the other days, but the selection was pretty good. Room was nice with a decent shower, however the power sockets oddly didn't all fit the Indian plugs we had. Light switches were also a bit overcomplicated.
