Property was basic but clean Property very central in a side street of Main Street, festival music was very loud, which impacted on our stay as windows and room shook as the party goers played music with subwoofers until 4am. The area is very lively. Hotel didnā€™t really have place to relax, no balcony. Booked with Expedia bus transfer was nowhere to be found. Apparently not used this company in years. Had to pay extra ā‚¬10 each to hoop on another transfer bus All in all fun, cheap and weather was great shame about hotel and bus transfer.

Great location, very quiet considering location. Would use again. Beds really comfy, towels could maybe do with a upgrade. Slightly disappointed things like safes and irons are an extra cost.

A very old and smelling billing. Rude stuffs, and food for care home people. Breakfast Jesus Christ not even for a dog! Never ever again.very noise too, full of no maners Spanish people, including the stuff.

Booked a room for 3 people. What we actually received was a room for 2 and a camp bed that almost collapsed every time you sat on it. Didn't have enough bed covers for 3 and didnā€™t have enough towels for everyone in the room. When we requested more towels from the receptionist we were told ā€˜Iā€™ll checkā€™, only to be told there were no towels to give us because the cleaner wasnā€™t in. When the cleaners did bother to go in the room they would throw clothes into which ever suitcase they felt fit, not bother to take all the rubbish from the room and not replace the toilet paper in the bathroom. Walls extremely thin so could hear everything the people in the neighbouring room were doing. 2 of the receptionists we experienced were extremely rude and looked as if they didnā€™t want to be there, let alone resolve any issues. The only saving grace was that the room had great air con. Extremely disappointing experience. Donā€™t expect much.

Great little hotel for a short stay
This hotel is in a great location for the old town. Perfect for a short stay, not sure I would like 2 weeks there due to no balconies or terraces. Rooms are basic but very clean, some rooms have recently been updated. Excellent value for what I paid.

This hotel is in a great location at the bottom of the old town and 5 mins away from levente beach .very clean room ,basic (Needs small fridge in room) great staff very helpful would definitely stay again......

Good position! RIght in the middle of the old town, you can actually breath the atmosphere of Benidorm. Too hot though. Radiators were fully on and the tiny yard between the rooms doesn't let the wind in or any draft to cool the place
