The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency propose to you to rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming flat at less than 100 meters of the beach, with a heated swimming pool with whirlpool/jacuzzi of a surface of 34 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a south facing terrace. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The south-facing flat is composed as follows:
- An entrance with built-in cupboard.
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, double sofa bed and a table for 4 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, nespresso coffee machine...
- One bedroom with twin beds and built-in wardrobe.

Pool and sauna/hammam are 30 metres from the flat.

The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a 4-star holiday village in a very pleasant and quiet environment, just a stone's throw from the sea. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. Finally, you will find at 200m, casino, cinema and thalasso.

The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the leading French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the westerly winds and the great swells of the open sea

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park outside the flat with a numbered space, a public car park is available right next door as well.
