Located in beautiful village, very nice room with antique (I assume) furniture, great bathroom with high pressure shower (not normal in Switzerland). Service was very friendly and helpful but a bit understaffed in our experience - for us not much of a negative compared to the great positives of the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again and would look here first before other hotels in town based on how much we liked it. Also, hotel guests get a ~20% reduction for sled rentals in town (definitely check out this opportunity in winter)
Hotel is full of character and the staff were incredibly welcoming
