Lovely home located within the gated community of Assateague Pointe, has all the comforts of home, plus the fun of being in a resort with a ton of amenities. Enjoy 2 outdoor pools, a rec center and club house, stocked fishing ponds, paddle boats, playgrounds, fishing pier, volleyball, and more! Plus, Assateague Pointe is right next to a water park and western theme park called Frontier Town. The beaches of Ocean City and Assateague Island are just 4 miles either direction, and all West Ocean City has to offer, from outlet shopping to incredible dining choices for all budgets, is just a couple miles away. This home has accommodations for 6, it includes a full kitchen plus washer / dryer, 2 TV's, a DVD player, Free WiFI, and central a/c. The home is non smoking and pets are not allowed. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Comforters, pillow covers and mattress covers are changed between each tenant.
