This is as a pseudo-self service hotel. The check-in process for foreigners (non-German) was a struggle given the required information that was not collected at time of booking. The room was adequate for value, but it had to be aired out as a previous guest must have been smoking in the room. Communication with the front desk was curt and unwelcoming. I won't rush back.

Definitely a must stay.
Such a pleasant experience. Room was very clean and comfortable. Exactly like described. Walking distance from train station and into town.

Run away from this hotel
The room was horrible. Walked in and it was dirty, literally trash still in the room. Room was freezing and that was with the a/c off. Asked the front desk clerk if I could get an extra blanket and was told "No. Housekeeping is already gone for the night." Why is housekeeping the only ones with access to linens?

If you're in a rush, not the place for you!
We arrived at 11pm, told we'd have to use the online check in process as the staff clock off at 10. On a Saturday night. In a hotel. Come on... The check in machine did not recognise a UK postcode so we spent 15 mins trying to get the information in before having to call the staff out to let us in (we couldn't get past the door due to it needing a code). Imagine how much easier that would have been with staff at a desk?! Rooms do not use a key, instead, they use a code. Style and fad over any kind of substance. Just use a key / card. We've been on the road for 20 days, and stayed in 20 hotels in 10 different countries and this is the most problematic of all - we expected a lot better from a chain hotel on a weekend.

Bargain stay
This hotel was a real bargain. It’s a few minutes walk from the train station and then maybe 15 minutes walk to the old town of Potsdam. Our room was very quiet, a reasonable size and had decent wifi and plenty of power sockets. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat there but there was a breakfast option. Prices were very good.

Guter Service, sauber und zentrale Lage
Sehr freundliches und kompententes Personal. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. (Die Einzellbetten sind jedoch etwas schmal, wie ich finde) Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Super Lage am Hauptbahnhof, für touristische Zwecke ist man mit den Öffentlichen.. schnell am Ziel. Wir hatten einen drei Tage Aufenthalt, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kompliment an das gesamte Team. Das Hotel kann ich aufjedenfall empfehlen

Wir waren 4 Nächte da. Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel war im gesamten sehr gut. In dem Zimmer waren einige Sachen nicht so gut. An manchen Stellen hat man gesehen, dass die Reinigung nicht so gut war. Einige Dinge im Bad wären renovierungsbedürftig. Das große Bett war sehr bequem aber leider hat man am unteren Bettrahmen Teile vom Stoff herunterhängen sehen. Im großen und ganzen war es nicht schlecht, aber nächstes Mal wird es ein anderes Hotel
