Good value for money and youth orientated
Minimalist cubicles don't have any luxury (like AC), but provided enough comfort for one night stay. Would recommend it to younger travelers as there is a lot of youth orientated activities on the location (beach volleyball, beach bar, adrenalin climbing park ...)

Not a good value for your money
Very little provided for the cost. Common amenities expected at most accommodations are not available here. Cubes extremely small. Location okay because it is next to metro, but a bit away from main tourist area of Berlin.

The property was a fun concept, and the facilities were clean. The only tricky bit was that the sand tracked everywhere, but there is not much the staff can do about that. The best surprise was the 2023 special Olympics happening on-site!

Booked a cube for a group of four. Honestly, I rarely stay in hostels. This is by far the best I’ve been to. It’s a awesome atmosphere, beach volleyball, tropical feel in the middle of Berlin with great food and bars. Showers are kept pretty clean, and the cube may be small but it does the job for sleeping with a comfortable bed.

Rooms are very very small for two people. You can hear every single raindrop when it’s raining, makes the room very noisy. Towels and shower gel are not included, however in the hotel description they advertise a 2Euro fee per towel. Not worth the money, would prefer to pay a bit more and go to a proper hotel

Stayed in a two bed cube for 3 nights. Accommodation was basic but the value for money given you are just 25 minutes walk from the center of Berlin is great. Although the toilet/shower block was separate, it was heated which was nice. Overall a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep and are going to be out and about most of the day. One thing to note was that they have a tennis court nearby and people were playing tennis (which was very loud) most of the evening and one night they didn't stop until 22:30 which given the quiet hours are 22:00-06:00 I thought was quite late.

Clean & Fun
The place was better than I anticipated. The bedding was very comfortable even though the mattress was a little firm. Everything was very clean. There was no air-conditioning but good ventilation and electrical fans in our rooms. We never needed to wait for a restroom or shower and we loved having the restaurant right next-door. Very fun and family friendly environment.

Berlin Stay
Haven’t stayed in many hostels in my time but this was ok for a one night stay. The rooms where adequate but with 4 beds and 4 people It would have been squeeze. But it is a backpackers so I guess that’s ok. The bar and food available where adequate and it was walkable to a lot of attractions.

Early check in, great private room with a fab (with is definitely necessary in the summer) the bar and beach areas are perfect for relaxing outside the room and means you don’t have to walk for more than 10 seconds for food and drink!

Great experience!
Communication between us and the CLUB Lodges Berlin Mitte - Hostel was excellent. As we arrived in the morning, we were able to leave our bags in the hostel and check-in later on. As explained elsewhere, the accommodation was small but if you like cheap and simple accommodation in the heart of a big city then you simply can't go wrong! The local bar/beach/chill out area was very cool
