After checking in I found out that the restaurant and the coffee shop are closed during my entire stay (a week). The temporal dining space is by the entrance/reception and was not comfortable. Room was clean but there are almost no toiletries or water bottle available. Reservation was not flexible for my request of change of stay and it was very disappointing. Staffs were nice, the location was convenient. Overall it was lower than the minimum I expected, I would not return and would not recommend to my friends.

Good choice (but requires some walking)

Very new hotel. Room is spacious, modern and clean. Great stay overall just that the location is slightly off the main tourist sites - there is a tram/ train station that is about 7 mins by foot to the hotel but we had to change train lines for most attractions (we somehow always ended up at Alexanderplatz.) so commuting back and forth from the hotel wasn’t the most convenient. But all in still a good stay.
