Great facilities
Really nice room, a little minor wear and tear but really big, nice facilities, coffee, tea machines, Bose wave music system was excellent. Big panel Tv etc. Wide selection for breakfast, all fresh. Superb location by the Kudamm.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife for five nights. I choose this hotel because of its location and price. No complaints there. The checking process was functional but otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in a standard room. I have stayed in this room type in the past (pre-Covid). It is a good size room, comfortable but now a bit dated. We were on the 9th floor, but the view overlooked a building that was under construction. That was not a problem for me. The real issue I had and the reason I will not be returning to this hotel, is the poor level of room amenities. No coffee machine, single small bottle of water provided (for two people) and not given on two days. Towels that were very thin and not large. No slippers or robes. Bearing in mind this is meant to be a five star hotel. Overall, that made us feel like we were staying at a budget hotel not a 5 star one. There has clearly been some cost cutting since my last stay. I could have paid for a better room such as a deluxe and I may have had more amenities in my room however the extra cost that would have entailed meant I could have got a better deal at one of the better 5 star hotels in the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Dorint. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed with a lot of thoughtful touches that I really appreciated. I would definitely stay there again if my travels take me back to Berlin!

Great hotel close to a large Christmas market and lots of shops bars and restaurants .Very comfy rooms and spotlessly clean , have no problem recommending this hotel , also great links to public transport, will return .

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were large, well appointed, and clean plus housekeeping took care of everything each and every day of our stay. The location was fabulous within a few minutes walk of shopping on the Ku'Damm and several train stops. I still am shocked at what a great price this hotel was considering everything that it offered.

Convenient location
Hotel location is excellent! Within walking distance to public transport and shopping centers. Special shout out to Josephine, marketing representative, who took time to showcase the hotel artworks and accompanied us outside to show the directions where we’re heading. Also the concierge in the lobby was very helpful. However, the room pillows not comfortable and to add to that the room next to us kept banging the walls, which we complained to the reception desk. We never received any update. FYI, it would be nice if there had been a change up on breakfast buffet.
