Great location & very clean rooms. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The beds are so comfortable! We also enjoyed the bar downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel in the centre of Berlin recommended to me by a friend. The location is great to explore most of the landmarks. The rooms were clean and spacious and free drinks are offered in lieu of housekeeping which we found useful and green as we were only there three nights so didn't really need housekeeping. Reception were very helpful and we asked for slippers which were brought to our room. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day so we didn't need to eat till dinner in the evening.

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly reception staff and an easy check-in process. After checking in we went to our room and were pleasantly surprised to find it had been decorated with a Christmas theme, a Christmas bow on the door, a tree with baubles and lights in the room, Christmas rugs, fairy lights around the windows and wall transfers, which all added to the seasonal cheer. After about an hour staff attended our room to check everything was to our liking and delivered some small Christmas gifts of chocolates, sweets and a personalised welcome note. This was all unexpected, but gratefully received and enjoyed. The room was comfortable and well appointed with all the facilities we needed. We were pleased with our stay at this NH hotel and would definitely book again in future.

Hotel is conveniently located with good transport links.. have stayed here many times and not been disappointed.Breakfast is usually good and room service was timely and welcome.. staff polite and helpful. Although more people on the front desk to check in and out would be better. Only two neg points - there appears to be a bit of a strong sulphurous whiff about the place, also when taps are used, but you soon get used to it.. Im not a big fan on being knocked up early morning on the day of departure.. I'm an adult and can get myself out of bed.. check out is at 12:00 very clear on the booking details. I was gone by 11:00

Centrally located. Around the corner from a station and across the road from a bus stop to visit other parts of the city if not going by foot. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant at breakfast was plentiful with a good selection. Communal areas were modern and clean although tired in some parts eg dirty carpet, paint chipped etc. Gym is small and basic but enough to start the day. Room is large, clean with some toiletries. Our room faced the street which didn’t bother us too much, but windows could’ve been sealed better to prevent sound. Air con in room rattled periodically. Would recommend for a short city break.

Nice Location but will stay somewhere else next ti

I had a bit of an issue at checkin but this was resolved eventually. The room itself had a sewer smell from the bathroom. You noticed when you used the sink and toilet but I had already unpacked so kept the door shut. In the morning when I took a shower I noticed there were no Body towels and had to use one of the two hand towels to dry off. When i went to throw away a wrapper and lifted the trash lid THERE WAS TRASH still in the can! Toilet papers and sack still there. That was the last ding and I decided to tell the front desk. They apologized for the trash and towels and said they would inform the staff. As for the smell that was just terrible if left door open, they said it was caused by old plumbing as the building was older...so that turns me off from stsying here again if the same issue will be there. I also heard a woman next to me at counter complaining about the water so not just in my room.
