The hotel lobby and common areas are nice. The rooms need to be updated on some of the floors. We had to request a room change for one of the rooms because the AC was not working. That room had newer carpet. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

The worsr customer service in the world.
The worst service I have received at a hotel reception. The woman was rude, patronising told me it was my fault that theh didn't have the sofa set up in the room despite it being very clear on the booking. She had the worst smelling breath ive ever encountered.

We enjoyed our stay, were assigned a handicap room. Had stains on the floor, bathroom had hair on the floor and room next door could hear man clearing his throat loudly every morning ( 3 night stay).

Ok
Good location for subway. Hotel undergoing remodel with new carpet. No hand soap in bathroom, but does have bath gel. Did not eat breakfast, but found something nearby for less cost. Not walkable to sights, need to use public transit.

The hotel was excellent, staff were lovely, good breakfast, nice bar and all clean and comfortable. The location is good in that it’s an easy walk to some main sights but not so good in that there is pretty much nothing on the streets surrounding the hotel so if you want an evening dinner or drink, you’ll be a good 20min walk away (or a couple of tram or bus changes away). There hotel bar is nice though.
