Hot - temperature and add ons!
Lovely hotel and modern rooms. But it's far too hot and they switch the air conditioning off in winter. This makes sleeping uncomfortable. I asked them but they couldn't do anything. In a premium hotel I think you should be able to control the heating in your room. Other gripe is breakfast at over €30 each and €80 to check in 1.5 hours early also disappointing. I would suggest avoiding.

Good hotel in a good location. U-bahn station right outside. Room is always hot. Thermostat does not work. Towels are thin and rough on the skin. Shower stall not fully enclosed. Housekeeping not diligent in refilling toiletries like body wash. Same food items available for breakfast everyday. A bit disappointing for the price of the room.

Lovely hotel. Location, comfort, quality all as expected. Reception desk is awful however — huge queues, some staff actually rude, several clearly not trained in basic procedures. What’s gone wrong?

I had a deeply disappointing experience with the management regarding the 50 EUR security deposit charged to my credit card. This amount was supposed to be refunded, but months later, it remains unreturned. Attempts to resolve the issue have been frustratingly unproductive, as the team refuses to engage properly with my credit card dispute claims team. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable for a brand of this stature. I expected professionalism and prompt resolution, but instead, I’ve been left chasing my own money. I won’t be staying here again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

The restaurant (Relish) was horrible. Couldn’t finish my meal. They’re open limited hours so finding breakfast or general food isn’t as easy as other places. Rooms are fine. Nothing special.
