The ladies at reception are very friendly. I received a free upgrade to a larger room and also enjoyed complimentary drinks from the bar. The location is convenient, as it's within walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit in Bern. They also have a very nice gym.

Personal was very friendly and help full. Although, the hotel was far from old town, the public transportation was very close and reliable. I would stay here again.

The Best Western brand name attracted me to this hotel. Finding the brand name from the street was a bit tricky. One this was sorted out, my stay was super.

It's perfect. There isn't much around the immediate area, but you are literally a three min walk from the trains and a 5 min train ride to downtown. Can't beat that. Grocery store right next door too.

Property was nicely presented and the reception was welcoming. The facilities were also clean and nice to use. Good location as well and easy to get to.

Awesome friendly, delightful front desk staff. Very good restaurant on premises, which was packed.
