We arrived at 3pm. Told our room was not ready we would be called when it was ready. At 4:15 no call so I went to the front desk. Room still was not ready so we were given another room. Our room was ok but located above the buildings air conditioner units. Noisy. No real lighting, very dim. No balcony to speak of and the door was very heavy to open and close. We did like the private walk to the beach, the umbrella and chairs but claim them early by 8am. Also nice to have food and drink service on the beach as well. Would I stay there again? Maybe. The cost of the room was good compared with other places that offer nothing other than the room. Bring your own microwave. None in room!

Stayed four nights. Reasonable price for partial ocean view. Place was clean and staff was pleasant and friendly and helpful. Thank Alexandra for her assistance at the front desk. Only had food for lunch and it was good. Was able to get service while on the beach. Parking was adequate. Only had use secondary lot once. No problem with elevators. Only busy during check in/out times. Towels are provided for the pool and beach if needed. Overall nice little vacation for us. I would stay there again.

All staff are very friendly and very helpful. The resort is very clean. We had a great dinning experiences, foods is good, and I love my orange crush delicious and fresh. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed is nice and firm. This is the first time that my husband is happy with his bed away from home. Our 3 nights of stay was relaxing and peaceful. There was a wedding when we were there. I am impressed with all the set up and arrangements. We will definitely be back.

We asked for early check in and were told yes, we will call you when your room is ready and they never called! So frustrating. We specifically came early because they told us we could. And put an extra hold on our card for this “service/incidentals”. The photos of the balcony and ocean view are very misleading. You can’t sit on the balcony, they’re too small and there’s no ocean view unless you’re in one of the rooms closest to the shore. We booked an ocean view and didn’t have one.

My wife and I are very particular when it come to hotels cleanliness and this hotels have my five stars. The only thing I didn’t like much was the pool, I wish it was bigger or had an indoor pool but beside everything was good.

Amazing resort!
I only wish I had stayed longer! Check in was smooth, and the resort was everything I could have asked for! From the staff, to the amenities, the property alone is gorgeous, well cared for and so, so, clean!! Everything was amazing and I cannot wait to go back! It is definitely a gem in OC, I forget that’s where I even was

The price waa fair and the location is great. There is a very nice bar and casual restaurant on site and a wonderful upscale dinner restaurant with a direct view of the ocean. The room waa clean and modern.

Got moved to another room
My stay at the hotel was very good . Few issues tho , the first night in our room was nice other than no hot water when taking a shower and very little water pressure with it . The second day we got moved out of our room due maintenance issues they said . Found out it was a wedding planed and booked the same room as us that weekend. I was disappointed when we got moved but the other room was just as nice with a nice view of the ocean and the bay and city . Everything was cleaning and wonderful other than the same issues we had .
