Party of 3 stayed Fri-Sun. Located in the heart of downtown. Shopping, sightseeing, a plethora of restaurants are steps away. Request a high floor so you can have a view of the city.
Checkin/out were seamless. Mouna & Julianna were very friendly, helpful, professional.
More than enough towels. Housekeeping skimped on the toilet tissue. Started with 2 used rolls. The room was cleaned but no rolls were left. A request was made. With 3 people in a room you can't skimp on the TP!
Coffee/cup supply was low. A request was made. A large plastic bag was left on the counter. There'll be no need to replenish this room's supply for the next 3 guest checkins! Can't complain about having too much, but placing the items in the container or stacking them neatly on the tabletop would have been a nice gesture.
Mini fridge was actually micro-mini. Big enough for beverages only. No microwave in the room, but there's one in the lobby near the bar.
Look for souvenirs elsewhere. Gift shop had 6 mugs and 1 postcard. Literally.
Visited the lobby's restroom, said good evening to a young lady from housekeeping. She looked up from her phone, didn't respond, looked back down. I exited & said good night. No response, didn't look up. Another guest entered, young lady said "Good evening ma'am", dropped her phone as she hurriedly fumbled to put it away. Interesting.
Would I stay here again? Possibly. Jury is still out, even with it's great location. 4 Seasons across the street. May give them a try.
