Our AC was not working so we asked to switch rooms but we were then provided a smaller room with a worse view out the window. The front desk showed no sense of apology in assigning us a room where the AC did not work. Furthermore, the toilet was not clean and the bathroom had only two tissues left.

This hotel was great. We received complimentary drinks and snacks, the breakfast buffet was delicious and my kids enjoyed the pool. My only issues was parking. I was not told to use the car tag to exit and so I had issues when it came to leaving the parking garage. Other than that I would recommend this place and stay here again in the future.
