Everything was fine but when I checked in I requested a room near the elevator since I have a problem walking and the room they gave me was quite a ways away from the elevator. Have been to your hotel many times over the years and never had this problem before. Room was 438 which was on the other side of the building

Everything was wonderful except the parking. The parking garage has high curbs on curvy ramps too narrow for large cars to maneuver without scraping up wheel rims.
