I ❤❤❤❤ Sheraton. From the receptionist to the caretakers they are always nice. I truly appreciate the little things in the room, like a shower cap, which I forgot, and a complimentary bottle of water, and coffee. Will be back!!

Registration and housekeeping were very good. Restaurant was overpriced for what you get and did not have everything listed in its menu. Elevator was always alarming. I was disappointed that there was no free wi-fi. Some in our group received free breakfast and others did not which was also disappointing. Fitness facility was better than many hotels of this size.

Staff was pleasantly helpful. The kitchen wasn’t open there was a fire when I arrived and the next morning they was closed. Room was clean but the bathroom had mold at the bottom of shower door and the shower door was off at the bottom.
