Habe die Ferienwohnung schon zum zweiten Mal gewählt und bin wieder recht zufrieden gewesen. Zwar gab es diesmal an machen Tagen lautere Nachbarn, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft ja nichts.

Encore merci aux propriétaires qui sont très sympathique et qui mon très bien accueilli l appartement est très bien, bien situé il permet de tout faire à pieds les commerces sont proches la plage à même pas 5 minutes à pied l appartement est bien équipé et propre si j'ai l occasion de retourner dans cette région je n hésiterai pas à faire un demande

Nous avons passé de belles vacances. L'annonce est conforme à la réalité, pas de mauvaise surprise en arrivant sur place. La mise à disposition d'une machine à laver est très appréciable👍. Très bonne prise en charge et sérieux de Véronique. Mention spéciale pour notre hôtesse Gianna 😁, à notre écoute et très disponible. Nous garderons un bon souvenir.

Eine ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung (in einer Sackgasse), sehr gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Auch das Haus nicht hellhörig (habe die Mieter über mir praktisch nicht gehört). Kleine, aber gut funktionierende Dusche. Man geht morgens um zwei Ecken und schon ist man auf dem täglichen Markt, wo man praktisch alles bekommt. Zudem sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Gianna.

Déçus par les prestations et les propriétaires

Le logement a été aménagé dans une partie du garage au rdc de la maison très bien située , à 2 pas du marché, du centre et de la plage. La cuisine et la chambre sont bien aménagées et équipées par contre la salle d'eau est très mal conçue ; elle est en 2 parties( douche d'un côté et WC avec le lavabo d'un autre côté ); elle est plus que vieillotte avec un équipement sommaire d'un autre temps,cassé et pas pratique; elle mérite une rénovation complète. Dans sa configuration (sde et wc ouvrant dans la chambre), le logement prévu pour 4 personnes n'est pas adapté pour 4 adultes. La terrasse, exposée à l'est , est couverte mais pas ombragée avant 15h; elle donne sur un jardin mitoyen peu entretenu. Nous avons donc demandé aux propriétaires un parasol avec un pied pour petit déjeuner et déjeuner dehors à l'ombre. Réponse de ceux-ci : ce n'est pas compris dans l'inventaire!! Nous avons dons acheté le nécessaire (un pied de parasol à remplir pour un coût très minime ) Les personnes s'occupant des entrées et sorties sont très aimables et sympathiques ce qui n'est pas le cas des propriétaires, incomprehensifs et non désireux du bien-être de leurs locataires. Les prestations proposées ne sont donc pas à la hauteur du prix de la location trop élevé surtout si on compare avec le logement du 1er étage ( pour 6 personnes et des prestations supérieures à un tarif pratiquement équivalent ) Nous ne recommandons pas cette location trop onéreuse vu certains aménagements pas à la hauteur.

GÉNIAL !

Voilà un séjour que je ne vais pas oublier.tout d abord je tiens à remercier Chantal pour ça très grande disponibilité et son accueil chaleureux la visite des alentours ma permis de bien mes repères merci Chantal ,l appartement est très bien aménagé et était très propre la plage toute proche un vrai régal les commerces sont aussi vraiment à côté je recommande vivement ce bien !👍
