I had 4 rooms and all 4 rooms on all floors were treated differently in terms of servicing which was odd. They charge me 3300 rupees for some boiled pasta for kids which is outrageous. Overall price point doesn’t reflect customer service from a 5 star hotel. I spent my last 2 nights at fairmont and that was worth the 5 star rating! Never again at Leela

I had a very pleasant stay at The Leela Mumbai. The room was extremely clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. I would especially like to appreciate Suhana Chowdhury for her courteous and professional service.
