Beautiful Property
My overall impression of the property is that it is beautiful, very hip vibe.
However, there are a few maintenance issues in the yard, and two very quirky bathrooms.
The entry gate into the property is very difficult and sticks, the key would sometimes grab and sometimes circle around a few times then grab. When we arrived the ornamental tall grasses were so overgrown, and encroaching onto the sidewalk. I personally took a scissors and trimmed them back, because there is nothing more unpleasant then coming and going getting a face full of wet grass. Also, the lawn is filled with weeds and creeping Charlie and very little actual grass.
Additionally the pavers are uneven and not luggage friendly, one of my guests tripped on a piece of landscaping metal by the entry overhang. It was totally unexpected and a bit odd, the two main level guest bathrooms(one was en-suite) didn’t have toilets in them, only a shower and sink. There was what in the US what we call a very small 1/2 bath on the main level that was to service the three bedrooms.
I also, felt considering the level of rental, the towels needed to be replaced, they were old, very well used, and made of low quality material.
But now all that said the large upper primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a toilet was beautiful.
The overall space was lovely for our group. Thank you for making this lovely property available.
