The pillows were oddly lumpy & very uncomfortable, and the mattress was very old (it shook quite violently everytime one of us moved, so we woke each other up all night. Another issue was that I was in the shower before I realized there was no shampoo in the room (which I’m sure was just an oversight by housekeeping). I got out of the shower, dried off, and called down to get some shampoo & dry towels. They were very polite & apologetic and said they’d send it right up. 45 minutes later, I sent my husband out to find some so I could finish my shower. We left the room about 2 hours later, and it still had not arrived. It was there, however, when we came back that evening.
