A Hotel Change Was Good!
Actually the hotel notified in advance that they were having problems so had moved us to Hotel Ercilla, a sister property but more upscale. I recommend it.

A beautiful building with character. Clean and pleasant. An air conditioning unit was brought up to the room because of the heat. There was a power cut on one occasion due to the electrics but I would stay here again.

Nice Hotel in good area.
The hotel was in a good position for exploring the whole city and we didn't need to get public transport at all. The Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. We did have to ask for more coffee and clean cups as they weren't replaced when the room was cleaned. The bathroom was quite large but the room was quite small. Overall our stay was nice.

Not close to be a 5 stars hotel
This is not a 5 stars hotel. Restaurant was close the two nights we stayed. The Rooms were outdated, not welcoming at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the properly on the overall is not okay.

Hotel location was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very attentive except for one individual. We had to request a room change due to excessive street noise. To mitigate noise and mosquitoes, rooms should have A/C and noise canceling windows. They do not. 5 star hotel rating is overstated.

I’m It Will be more functional to have more Than one set of keys or the plastic scanner keys to open hotel rooms , poor insulation between rooms , every movement was heard , great staff , very helpful , over all it was a pleasant stay , great location .

Great city centre hotel
The hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Offered great value for money, the staff we are very friendly and helpful when it came to recommendations for restaurants etc. The location is great, a 5 minute walk from where the airport bus stops. Everything to see and do within walking distance. We spent 3 nights here and the room was serviced everyday. Would happily stay here again.

This was not a 5* hotel, tired, old interior, unmanned bar and no spa-gym facilities. Not the most comfortable bed and a poor shower. Would give it 3 stars most. The only good thing about it was the location. Very disappointing, will never go back again

This hotel was centrally located and walkable to all the sites and metro/tram stations. The room was clean and comfortable. The room faced rather ugly court yard, but very quiet. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.
