Great stay
Really lovely hotel with great location and lovely decor. The bar and restaurant are excellent and the hotel is dog friendly. The bathroom was modern, had a great shower and toiletries. Good coffee machine. A slight issue at check in was the fact the road outside was closed for a festival and we had no prior notice. Thoroughly recommend

Love our stay. Right on the edge of the all pedestrian old quarter. Parking available if reserved ahead of time for only 25 euros per night. Not good for large vehicles. We struggled parking a compact. Very tight maneuvering in the garage.

We loved location and the rooms. The staff were excellent! When we couldn’t find a spot to park the staff helped us by running out to our car and directing us with ease to our reserved parking spot. Lovely lobby with special welcome cava and candies! We will be back!

I did not like the parking situation. We had to keep circling the hotel and finally one of us asked. It was very confusing as you have to go up on the sidewalk to unload the suitcases. Parking was 5 walking minutes away. Other than that our hotel room and stay were outstanding!!

Small and perfect!
The hotel is small, clean and renovated inside from an old structure. The staff is very friendly, resourceful and happy to provide recommendations. It is near the historic or old part of Bilbao. I will return the next time I visit Bilbao.

The Tayko is in a great location close to everything. The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they are very knowledgeable about the city. Rooms are well equipped and very well designed. The food is delicious and beautifully presented with authentic Basque flavours. Well worth the price.

The building is stunning. The restaurant more than excellent. The staff was over the top helpful. Parking was a bit of a challenge. But it is there. Overall a wonderful visit.
