We had to evacuate the hotel due to the fire alarm going off. We were all hurried down the stairwell from the 21st floor then they beat around then bush and would not really tell us why this happened so early in the morning.

Every staff member, except valet, was exceptional. We didn’t know valet closed early (around 6pm). We were standing at the valet counter & staff continued to pass us with no interaction. I finally stopped and asked them. They let us know it was closed then, which was fine. The biggest drawback is that this facility needs updating bad. Everything is old. I won’t her staying again.

The hotel is good. The room and decorations are very old and outdated. They don't have housekeeping, so your room is a mess if you live like that. You can ask for clean towels or whatever you need, but they don't clean your room or nake the bed while you stay. Overall, is ok. You spend time in the casino not in the room.
