My daughter really enjoyed her birthday so much fun stuff to do I was able to relax on the bean bag chair while her and her friends have fun.. I think I enjoyed it more the drinks was affordable and good.

Beautiful clean resort. Well lit parking and very convenient. Tried to charge me $25 for early check in at 3:45(said check in was 4pm) So much to do at the resort

We had such a fun weekend at this resort! Melissa at the front desk was very nice and extremely informational. The property was clean, staff friendly, and felt safe. Only complaint was a couple hairs folded within the towels, but no big deal as we called for fresh.

No balcony like expected
Got 2 free Waterpark passes for getting a king room so that was a nice surprise. The observation wheel goes around 3 times but might stop in midair as other cars on wheel are loaded. It was good but the bed frame was a tad bit on the light weight side for more bigger humans. Decent stay!

We had booked a balcony room thru you and when we got there it was a full view of the casino no water view. We were lucky that they did have a room with the water view and she moved us to it. But the property was good.

The hotel was ok for a conference. I think it would be fine for a family trip, w/ the huge arcade, big pool area & the "Paradise Pier" next door. Didn't go to Doe's or Margaritaville restaurants. Hotel banquet food was very low-quality. Pizza in arcade was greasy and gross. No souvenir shop? Minimal snacks for a place without room service. My main issue was accessibility. I am a wheelchair user. My room was on the 18th floor. Very tight quarters for my chair. Only one outlet I could plug it into. Phone was on a table on far side of bed, behind a big heavy chair I could not shift or get by. Toilet was not raised, and "walk-in shower" had a huge, probably 4-inch lip to step over. Impossible for a wheelchair. Shampoo etc. in a rack I couldn't reach. I also couldn't reach the hair dryer. Vanity mirror so high I couldn't even see the top of my head! Luckily, I am very independent and resourceful, so I did OK. It wouldn't be as bad for someone traveling with a spouse or companion. Last but not least ... the hotel was not at all "Margaritaville-ish." I was expecting stuffed parrots and fake palm trees and tiki torches--maybe a little tacky but fun. Maybe meeting rooms named "Flip Flop," "Pop Top" and "Salt Shaker." There was almost none of that inside the hotel. (A couple of murals outside and in the first floor entry/arcade areas.) Overall, not bad, not great. I wouldn't go again because of the accessibility issues.

Windows were smeared and so dirty. Sink was dirty when we checked in. Refrigerator was not cold. No microwave in rooms either. No complimentary coffee or water at lobby. The only good thing was the arcade.

Great experience. Only complaint is there is no laundry room. Staff was Great and they were able to accommodate celiacs and other allergies as well.
