I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. Not good for sleeping. Debra at the check in desk was polite and even asked me what floor I would like. The craps dealers were friendly and fun. I won three handpays and the floor staff come promptly. Michaela and the other young lady were wonderful. I will definitely return.

The Palace is an outstanding property with a casino and hotel. Every employee we met was friendly and helpful. Many appreciate the smoke free environment. There are several quality restaurants and the top rated buffet in the area. This property is serious about cleaning and sanitizing throughout. The elevators work great and the security process for those is solid. The bed and pillows are comfortable with the bathroom being modern. The safe in the room always works. This trip we never left the Palace and had a wonderful time.

The Palace staff is very accommodating and friendly. The suite is excellent and you will notice that everything at the Palace works. There is a clear focus on cleaning throughout the casino and suites. This is also a non-smoking facility which is attractive in this area. The parking is great and you don't have to encounter the weather. Keep up the great work!
