Spacious 19th century villa with large garden close to sandy beaches

4 roomy bedrooms, comfortably furnished with 2 bathrooms and a separate wc on the ground floor. The lounge dinning room has a fireplace and the kitchen is especially large in a traditional french-breton style, a bit rustic but very well equipped that seats 10. There is a very sunny (southern), pleasant walled courtyard with side bushes and a whole host of flowers: roses, clematis, hydrangias, lavender etc) with outdoor dinning & also loungers to relax in. The very large ( 100m2) fenced private garden is a haven of peace with some large trees (a large eucalyptus and a mimosa for example or fruit trees) as well as large open grass spaces for kids to run around and play ball games. We also have a games shelter area with a ping pong table, a small billiard table and a darts board. Boules or badminton can also be played. The house itself has unlimited WiFi access and a large LCD television with international satelite channels. There is of course plenty to visit nearby & local entertainment
