Das Frühstück war gut und das Restaurant ebenso. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und die Betzten in Ordnung.

WLan geht schlecht. Zu lange Wartezeiten aufs Abendessen: 3/4 - 1 Std, dabei war das Essen - einschl. Menuwahl - für unsere Wandergruppe vorbestellt. "Wir haben auch noch andere Gäste" - 1 Person in großem Raum, 8-er Tisch in anderem. Bedienung war im Gespräch mit 1 Gast an der Bar, statt mal bei uns am Tisch mit 17 Personen zu fragen, ob noch jemand was wollte. Kaffee haben wir am 2. Tag gar nicht mehr bestellt, weil jeder damit gerechnet hat, dass das wieder 1/4 Std dauert.

Totaal geen Wi-Fi op de kamer,ondanks vermelding. Kamers zoals verwacht in criminele stijl. Veel lawaai,gelegen aan drukke baan. Gaan zeker niet meer terug.

Krimihotel hat Karakter. Deswegen haben wir dass gebucht und sind nicht enttauscht. Mit dass Augustiner Kloster ist ess ein guter Kombination.

Unser James Bond Zimmer war mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war sehr gepflegt und es gab den Wohlfühlcharakter. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

Angeschlossen ans benachbarte Augustiner Kloster
Die Rezeption wird vom benachbarten Hotel Augustiner Kloster mit übernommen und ist damit rund um die Uhr besetzt. Auch das Frühstückbuffet gibt es im Nachbarhotel und ist sehr gut. Das Krimihotel selbst ist liebevoll ausgestattet, das Bett im Einzelzimmer bequem. Ich glaube allerdings, dass eine Schaufensterpuppe im Zimmermädchen- Kostüm auf einem düsteren Hotelflur eher zu einem Gruselhotel passen würde.

Interessantes, schönes Hotel mit kleinen Macken
Zimmer perfekt thematisch eingerichtet! Fenster und Türen jedoch in schlechteren Zustand. Geruch im unteren Stock leider kneipenähnlich. Essen gut! Frühstück im Augustinerkloster -Hotel erste Sahne !!

Super leuk hotel
Erg leuk ingericht hotel, met thema kamers in Krimistijl, met zorg samengesteld. Lobby, restaurant en bar ook in Krimistijl. Aardig en net personeel. Aanradertje voor een tof verblijf in de Eifel. Hillesheim is één van de leukere dorpen in de omgeving en samen met het Krimihaus en Sherlock Café leuk om te bekijken. Mooie omgeving met veel wandelmogelijkheden vlakbij het hotel.

Da steckt viel Liebe drin
Das Hotel ist zwar ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus mit alten Fenstern und nicht so schönen Brandschutztüren aber die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist großartig! Mit viel Liebe zum Detail, schönen Stoffen und Farben sind die Räume wundervoll gestaltet. Das Badezimmer ist neu, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein tolles Frühstücksbüffet war in unserem Angebot enthalten, welches im 5-Sterne-Hotel "Augustiner Kloster" nebenan eingenommen wird. Zudem ist Hillesheim ein niedliches Städten, durch das man gut bummeln kann.

Aussergewöhnliches Ambiente zu einem fairen Preis
Zimmer und Bad sind zwar etwas beengt, aber das Hotel bucht man ja nicht des Komforts wegen sondern wegen seiner Originalität und da kommt man voll auf seine Kosten. Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Augustiner Kloster ist super und das Ambiente im überdachten Innenhof wunderschön.

Nettes Hotel mit gute sauberen Zimmern
Da im Hotel jeden Abend eine Krimi Veranstaltung mit einem 3 Gänge Menu gab haben die Hotelgäste die nicht daran teilgenommen habe leider auf Ihr Abendessen sehr lange warten müssen und dann war es noch nicht einmal besonders lecker.
