Our whole stay sucked. First, we had guests next to us arguing; some lady kept knocking on the door saying “ I know you in there!” When we tried to use the phone to call the front desk there wasn’t even a dial tone; nothing worked. The next couple nights we had guests above us stomping like elephants for like 3 hours from around 11-1:00 am. Then, when we made a complaint the staff seemed apathetic. The staff in general sucked at customer service. I only at once and my French toast was soggy; these guys cant even make French toast right! Anyways, I’m still upset about the whole thing, be warned!
Excellent stay and staff!!! Can’t say enough about how friendly the staff was . We accidentally left clothes in the room at checkout but they called us quickly before we left town and had clothes waiting for us when we returned to hotel.
The Bistro ran out of some foods on Wednesday morning and had not replenished by Friday. They also ran out of a large range of liquor Wednesday night, causing them to close early Thursday night as the options became quite limited.
I’m not blaming the bartender, she did as well as she could under the circumstances. What I don’t understand is how management didn’t re-supply.
The staff was friendly and efficient from check-in to checkout. The lobby, bistro and business center was well decorated and maintained. The room was spacious and clean.
