Everyone was extremely personable. The cookies are a great touch. Bar was excellent. Only downside was the shower/tub, my mother has mobility issues and getting into a tub is difficult. It is better to have just a shower.

Housekeeping never did come and clean my room or give us clean towels. A five star hotel like that should have been more professional. That hotel was quick to take money for incidentals $150 but didn’t do their job. I want my money back
