Stayed here to be close to work during winter weather…Clean, quiet, comfy, walking distance from lots of places, friendly staff! Shower water was cool but could have been a result of extreme cold temperatures. This was my second stay, and I would stay again!

This Hilton really didn't meet my expectations. I couldn't get in my room due to the wrong key. Heater wasn't working properly due to lower battery. Water was slow running out of the tub. The clerk said parking was $5 but end of paying $15.

Loud neighbors. Music blasting. Hallways loud. Rooms dirty. Walls have never been cleaned. The cups filthy, the bathroom floor dirty. This place needs to be painted and rating is not 4 stars. 3 probably is an upgrade. The road noise is significant and can hear helicopters at night. Hilton needs to evaluate the hotels. Points and status were also not honored.
