We checked into room 927 around 9pm on August 28, 2024. There was no remote control to the television and the front desk was unable to secure another one, we would have to move to another room. By this time it’s 10pm and with a flight wake up call for 2am, we said never mind. Then tried to take a shower and shower didn’t work. We just washed up in the sink. Furthermore, there was not one trash can in our room.

Some clown in the next room was talking on the phone super loud until well after midnight. Maybe even 1 a.m. I did call the front desk and they called him but he didnt stop. Not the hotel 's fault but maybe they need better soundproofing. The property in general is run down looking but the staff were very nice.

Not Happy!!
Staff was great, but the room was dirty spots on the sheets and hair in the toilet seat, plus it had bunk beds that I did not book, they moved us to another room same thing hair on the toilet seat and hallway smelled like gas, I was not happy at all , I’m never going back to this hotel ever ,how it got 3 and half stars on y’all’s website is crazy to me. I came in town for a funeral last thing I needed was a dirty room twice smh, breakfast was good though.

Property was under construction at the time but still maintained a clean interior. Parking lot was a little sketchy with people walking in between cars all hours of the night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle was convenient. Congested parking area was difficult to navigate. My room wreaked of mold. Staff said they had had an AC leak. moved me to another which was nice of them but it also smelled like mildew. I got a massive headache. Took the shuttle and sat up all night in the airport.
