The room we had was for 2 people. There was ONE bath towel! My wife tried calling the front desk several times and no one answered at 10 pm. My wife decided to go down to the desk. The reason no one answered was because there was a party going on in the lobby, with drinking and loud music. This explains why no one answered. The front desk told my wife that there were no more towels available, due to be full. One towel, towel for two people is ridiculous!

After checking in, we had to switch rooms because they gave us a room that was not serious. After getting a new room, there was no soap, shampoo, and the towels were folded very nonchalantly. These may be a little things, but I feel like this is an example of an overall lack of care for the customer.
